At Foodie Kids we know that encouraging children to eat a healthy diet from an early an age sets them up for the right start in life. Foodie Kids run weekly classes for pre-school & school aged children which encourages them to explore healthy foods, particularly fruit and vegetables and helps you to conquer any mealtime battles. It is also a great class for little foodies and parents who have an interest in good food and healthy eating. Classes are run by trained nutrition professionals Clare Jeffries (Degree qualified, Registered Nutritional Therapist) and Julia Young (Registered Nutritional Therapist).
